Customers must contact us within 3 days after receiving the item with clear photos or videos as proof.

Items must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging.

We do not accept returns for incorrect model selection or installation damage caused by customers.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by us.
